Buff the Portal System

Rarity applying to portals would reward smart play.

Each portal after the first would be reduced. This could replace rarity on gear. It would be interesting balancing group play in some way using this method as well so it would still feel great.

1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th/6th

+40/30/20/10/0/-10
or
+50/40/30/20/10/0
or (to equalize my current rarity on gear)
+70/60/50/40/30/20

Each portal would have a glimmer that fades more and more. the 5 portals left would all glow less, ect. Portal glimmer cosmetic, hah!
