Account Stolen, Need Help - No feedback from support

Hello, my account was stolen last Friday, I emailed support the same day and no response so far.
Today, I got my Steam account back. That's why I'm managing to write this post on the forum. My access email was changed, now I'm trying to change it but I can't. Please GGG help me to recover my access email. Last bumped on Mar 27, 2025, 1:36:19 PM

Arietefak here, now my account has been blocked on steam, I can't even access the forum anymore. Was you GGG or i got hacked again?

Hi there.
I am using my secondary account to report that GGG has not yet resolved the issue with my account (the one I opened this thread for). They simply stopped responding to emails after I responded to all requests. It has been 3 days without a response since the last time. PLEASE GGG, help me recover my account. |

" It may take 3 months or longer to successfully get your account back. Your biggest mistake was telling GGG that you were hacked. My account was hacked on 1/5. I notified GGG on the same day and they quickly locked my account and asked me to verify it. It has been 82 days and they still haven't responded to me. |
