I have 2 accounts, 2 different PCs, in endgame. Terrible freezes and FPS drawdown. Especially when playing as a mercenary while reloading or rolling. I tried all the optimization options.
And here is hallelujah ! I repaired POE2 by deleting the dll with the settings, but as soon as I switch to the Russian translation, all the problems come back.

The performance problem is observed both in the launcher and via steam.
But!!! The problem exists only when using the gamepad, there are no performance issues with the keyboard and mouse.
