Profane Ritual’s damage is not correctly increased by Spell Damage

No matter how much my Spell Damage was, the damage of Profane Ritual never changed. There’s a description “ Modifiers to Spell Damage apply to Debuff's Damage over Time” from Profane Ritual but the damage shown on the skills panel never increased according to my Spell Damage. Seemed only Chaos Damage was applied to Profane Ritual.
