I cant get a response from support

Hi,
I have been trying to reach support regarding an issue I have with physical items included with my purchase of the Liberator of Wreaclast supporter pack, the issue being that I have nor received the items, or have gotten an update or status of when I will receive them. I made the purchase shortly after the launch of Path of Exile 2 early access, mainly for the physical items, especially the artbook. In the past almost three months I have emailed support at support@grindinggear.com more than 10 times, only receiving ONE response to my first email. The initial response asked for more information including name, address, email and the name of a few of my Path of Exile 2 characters. I of course responded quickly with all the info support asked for. Since then I have not received any response despite the numerous attempts I have made via both email and the website messaging system through the link provided in the message I received from "System" upon making the purchase titled "Your Path of Exile Purchase". This message stated that I can reach support through either the email or the link provided to contact support from the website directly. I have done both. At this point im desperate for an update on this issue, I have tried to be patient but it's been almost three months without a response. This is the only place I could think of to post, hoping maybe to get an alternate way to get support to help with the issue or get an answer about delay or lack of update on shipping. Also I would like to mention through the many years i have never ever had an issue with GGG support, in fact my onion of their response is very positive, they are amazing, always solve the issues quickly with one or two emails and have never failed to respond to my emails within more than a day or two. I understand the launch of POE2 has probably overloaded them with requests and i have tried to be patient, but it's been quite a long time. Any answers or help is greatly appreciated, Thank you. Hey Sinbad0770, I'm very sorry to hear this, and I apologise for our slower-than-usual support response times. As mentioned in our recent Customer Support Update, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard. We'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible regarding your physical items!
