Latency bursts from 16ms to 10,000ms+

Not sure what's happened between Monday the 17/03/25 (03/17/25 for you American folk) and now 19/03/25 (03/19/25).

i play on Australia Servers all the time and never had anything like this happen to me at any point in my POE playtime and its rather frustrating to deal with, especially when i get home from work and nobody else is home except for me.

Here's my WinMTR results after sending and receiving 303packets

standard ping i get is 16ms
but when the lag spikes happen it ranges from 5000ms to 20,000ms with no plausible reason as to why this is happening. it only started happening yesterday as Monday was fine to play.

any help is greatly appreciated
