Account STILL LOCKED after Verification

As i posted in my previous thread https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3732066 my account "omolos#6980" is still locked AFTER MONTHS!
[Removed by Support] I WAS SO HAPPY THAT I GOT THAT EMAIL AND THOUGHT FINALLY SOMEONE KEEPS WORKING ON MY SUPPORT CASE! just to get fked over again... Thats now AGAIN 2 WEEKS ago... NO response to my Email with the asked Informations. Im talking about a support case from DECEMBER! A simple verify and unlock account thing, which i never asked for because i still had full controll over my account when i got hacked! Only lost some ingame items! HOW?? How can that be?? Why is nobody finishing these Support cases that are easy and just a simple click? All we see is copy/pasta aswers everywhere SO HOW LONG CAN THAT TAKE YOU??? There is no patience left in me! This treatment of you customers is outrageous!!! Just unlock my account finally! After all this Information the verification has to be done, it can only be a single click to finally unlock my account! [Removed by Support].. SOMEONE HELP PLS!!!! AS i said, no wonder you are thousends of support emails behind if you JUST DONT FINISH THEM?! How is this even possible, i get get my head behinde this, its just unacceptable! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE look into my email and finally unlock my account If nothing happends again i have to talk to consumer protection about this case and the data leak, and look into legal steps. I dont want to but if there is no other way i have to. Im trying for so long now... All i want i my account back so PLS just unlock it and let me play the game. PLEASE!!
