Missing Premium Stash Tabs

I purchased the Premium Stash Tab bundle a couple months ago. Great purchased and has been great for use. When I logged in yesterday (March 19th) morning, I had 10 Stash tabs. I get home after work, log in and I only have 4 stash tabs. All my items went into my 4 current stash tabs. Has anyone else experienced this? How do i get it back? Did the patch mess it up?
