Im unable to direct whisper

The trade site says invalid query; your account must be in-game to use this feature. I'm logged in every time I try it, but have never been able to do it. The copy whisper seems to work but the item doesn't appear to link and I would like to be able to use direct.

Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

You're not logged into the website on the same account you play on; that account has 0 characters, 0 achievements...

Log out of the site, then go to the log in page and sign in using the same credentials you use to play the game.
