Attack Speed bugged in Jiquani's Sanctum

Playing on Mercenary with bow first run through, no debuffs were active. Noticable attack speed drop, from around 1.75 attacks per second to default. Using Lightning Arrow and main bow attack were effected at some point after obtaining both of the Medium Soul Cores in inventory, not sure if this is linked or is coincidence. Or it might have been the cold / slow debuff from the Prowling Shade caster monster, and the debuff lasted even though the timer expired and the debuff was not showing.

Returning to town with a portal and going back in seemed to fix the issue.
