Blackjaw - Act 3 - Attack Bug

It feels like the boss Blackjaw in Act 3 uses special attacks such as Slam and a three hit combo Slam, these attacks are causing damage before the visual action / animation even lands. I had an extremely hard time with this boss by myself because of this. The damage is happening maybe 0.25-0.35 seconds sooner than the animation lands.

Bro to this you need to add also the bad ping
. Every slam in the game hits you sooner of the visual effect. |

Interesting. My ping in game is 45ms. Perhaps the animation is tricking my eyes.
