Moved and locked out of my account on my PC

I moved and tried logging in for the first time at my new house, and tried going through the passwords I use normally and on the third attempt I used the correct one but was greeted by a message saying my account was locked from accessing it from a new location, and an unlock code had been sent to my email address. Waited 10 minutes no code.(checked spam as well). Hit resend. Waited another 10 minutes. Still no code. Tried logging in again, same message, still no code, and tried resending code 1 more time… still no code. Wasn’t sure what to do, but open a ticket. Please help whoever is able.
