Cant receive the unlock email

I login to the game at noth the company and home every day. So it asked me for the unlock code that was sent to my email which I always get in my inbox instantly every time. But taday when trying to login to the game now its not showing up at all , I checked the Spam folder but nothing there and pressed on resend email but also nothing happens !! is there a problem with the servers ?
