Liberator Physical Goods

Hi there,

I'm pre-emptively asking this question just due to the horror stories I've read here and on reddit.

I just want to know whether I'll be receiving anything on GGG's end when my physical goods are sent? A few days ago I received a message in my Junkmail from Canpar that a shipping label was created for something weighing approximately 17lbs. I have no idea whether this is the package with book, etc. and have heard nothing from GGG. To clarify a label was created but the item hasn't been sent yet. Can somebody from support at least confirm whether Canpar is a shipper for GGG? Given that I can't afford to repay for shipping or another package I just want to take every precaution I don't miss this package.

PS: I have not emailed support given the volume of mail they supposedly are dealing with at the moment.

This is sadly the current state of GGG support. I have the exact same issue and have sent a dozen still unanswered emails to support regarding the physical items included in Liberator pack.
After three months of silence i decided to post on this forum a couple of days ago and staff told me they are working on resolving a massive amount of support emails since the overload of POE2 launch.
