Waiting on Support to finalize payment plan so I can spend points
I had a payment plan organized with support that I fulfilled and have been waiting to hear from support for over a month.
I understand there is a backup of support at the moment, I am more looking for clarification. I purchased packs to fulfill my plan obligation, however I am wary of spending points (because there is no way to separate the points I purchased for my payment plan and the points I had prior) and there are things I would like to purchase. Am I able to still spend points so long as I don't dip into the amount I owe to fulfill my payment plan? Last bumped on Mar 20, 2025, 10:07:20 PM
