Please change email and unblock logon

I made this request since Dec 2024. I had sent information requested but the process is so onerous and GGG grammar was so onerous I had misunderstood what their request was several times.

Now that I had obtained the required and sent it I am being ignored.

I thought I was the customer, not an annoyance.

Please fix this immediately or send a full refund on both the $60 package and the $10 points.

Also please send me a copy of my account admin sheet.

I tried several times with tech support but to no avail.
