Waiting on Reply for Physical Merch

Its been a few months, I have paid the shipping for the physical goods that came with the supported pack, got contacted by grinding gear support team for information on character and delivery. I have replied with the information asked for and still have not received a response. Its been over a month since last response, I have emailed multiple times still yet to receive a response.

I would really appreciate some sort of an update please :).
