Celestial toxic rain effect

Hi,
I just bought the celestial toxic rain mtx because it looked less cluttered than the original skill animation. the issue is that my fps drops from 110 to 40 when i'm using it where the normal skill only drops to about 70-80 fps. is there a way to refund this so i can buy another skill?
