How to get an account ID from locked Steam-joined account

Straightforward, how do I manage to get that?
I've recently raised a ticket for getting back a locked account, however the login is made through Steam and I'm unable to provide any account ID, no email was joined to the account as well. Once logging in, both in the game and in the website, I see no information about my account. Any help would be appreciated! Last bumped on Mar 22, 2025, 5:48:57 PM

It is a GGG problem, I'm trying to get into the Path of Exile account, not the Steam one, which is fine.

Hi there, Path of Exile account names (including their discriminator) are displayed at the left hand top corner of the Path of Exile website when logged in, or under the avatar on the right side of the profile page when viewed on the Path of Exile website.
However, if your Path of Exile account is associated with Steam and you are not able to recall or locate your account name, you are able to provide Support with your numerical Steam64 ID instead. Please do not post your numerical Steam64 ID on the forums directly. |
