I can't access the game

I can't access the game because I redeemed the access code for Poe2 on an old Steam account. However, I did redeem the game code on Steam on my good account. I've contacted support by email, providing the information they requested, but they haven't responded. I bought the game and can't play it. Please help. I'm desperate.

Yes, I understand that you are busy, but my problem is not serious, and there could be an option to facilitate what I am asking support for.
I'm pretty angry with the support because in the end I'm going to have to buy the game again, I'm ashamed.
