Randomly Chat muted after crash?

My network crashed while playing on ps5 and when I logged back in I attempted to answer another players question in chat only to recieve a notification saying I had been muted with absolutely no explanation.

I haven't even said anything in chat in over 24 hours and have never used any type of speech or messages that would violate any of the chat rules. No spam, no foul language, nothing.

Is this a possible bug or is there any way to see why I could have possibly been muted? Thanks for any answers in advance!
