Coins transfer

Hello Exiles!

Is there any way to transfer the whole supporter pack from one account to another? After my purchase back in december, Lord of Ogham supporter pack was added to the account which I'm not using at all. I've sent a question regarding this matter on 7th december last year bo so far there is no answer.

Has anyone of you had a similar experience and managed to resolve it somehow with support?
