Pls help im my Support case

Hi, like the titel said, my first e-mail went out in 27 december 2024 and still i got no help. Is chaning my e-mail not possible or is ggg still have support trouble or am i banned from support? I cant link my ps5 and Steam account because of the wrong e-mail and so i cant use crosssave, and i cant change it on my own because i dont have an password, i log in with my steam account.
