Transaction and Purchasing issue

I recently purchase the PoE 2 early access supporter pack but it has been more than 4 days and I haven't received the 300 points. I tried contacting Grinding Gear support and send all the details about the purchase but haven't gotten a response. Please help!

Hey there, if you have already contacted us at support@grindinggear.com, we will respond to you as soon as we can. We are currently working through a large number of support requests, but please rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.
But if you review the case. I'd be resolve in less than 1 minute. I've attached everything you need in the mail and I don't have to wait for months. please!

Please note that in the event where a purchase has not been applied to your Path of Exile account you may need to log in using whichever service was used to complete the payment and navigate to the in-game microtransaction store. For example, if your purchase was completed through Epic you may need to launch Path of Exile using the Epic games client and navigate to the in-game microtransaction store. For Sony purchases you may need to launch Path of Exile from your PlayStation and head to the in-game microtransaction store.

I've tried with PoE 1 and nothing happen. Should I download PoE 2 and try again?

yes...in theory.

I also miss my EA coins still, contacted them first time December 7, 1 day after the EA has started. Waiting for help/ the issue get resolved ever since.
