Abadnonded support tickets?

I have had a support ticket open over 4 months and have had no reply from ggg since november 29th of last year, I have quit playing since this has gone on so long and will not play again until its resolved, I cannot believe GGG has let the support get this bad, has anyone else had this experience?

on febuary 18th I finaly sent a msg as it had been nearly 3 months sincee the last reply, i havent recieved anything from ggg since november 29th and even that was some auto email they sent out about being behind on tickets, 3 months is purely unnaceptable already and it seems they have abandoned support for poe 1, but up until feb 18th no.

unfortunatly I highly doubt that at this point. My ticket was opened long before poe 2 and therefore should have been way ahead of the tickets that came with its launch. " thanks man, As I said I have quit poe for now, I dont like poe 2 at all and 3.25 will be going for 11 months when 3.26 comes out, if it even does, and honestly it has ruined my opinion of GGG at this point, The support ticket and the dishonesty that GGG had with 3.26 and producing both games at the same time has left me with alot of questioning on even playing again at all ticket resolved or not. |

You're not alone ive been waiting 126 days over 4 months sent a ticket 2 weeks before poe2 even launched on Nov 21st sent no follow up or any additional emails still haven't received any support for my mtx transfer from xbox to pc.
Just doesnt make any sense no matter how many support issues since poe2 how can people not get support that sent emails before poe2 even launched how have they got through 500k emails on top of a 2 week break in a month and cant get the last 75k in 2-3 months its all bullshit |
