Been over two months since I sent my email; still no response. Do I keep waiting?
I made an order with GGG and already paid in full for it since December. My order has yet to be fulfilled. I sent an email January 15th and still haven't received a response. However, I'm worried if I send another email, my spot in the waitlist will go back to the top.
