Been over two months since I sent my email; still no response. Do I keep waiting?

I made an order with GGG and already paid in full for it since December. My order has yet to be fulfilled. I sent an email January 15th and still haven't received a response. However, I'm worried if I send another email, my spot in the waitlist will go back to the top.

Do I continue waiting, or has too much time passed and my email probably got lost and I need to send another one?

That support email is what I've been communicating to.

And just to be clear, January 15th was the last time I made contact. I've been back and forth with this support email several times prior regarding my order.
