Cant get response from supportt for more than month, money gone away

Brought game feb 23 to account Yalg#9154
but then i wasnt able to login, like account didnt exist, and really i was able to create new account on the same email - Yalg#5361 but i dont have game on it and support is silent...

Is it possible that the account you made the purchase on used a login method other than email? For example, you may want to try logging in using your Epic Games or Steam credentials by using the appropriate Epic or Steam button on the login page.

If this doesn't help then I'm afraid you'll need to wait for a response via email as mentioned by Edmund.

If i used Steam i didnt had such problem.
