Game freezes when opening any demo video on skill screen or character creation screen (POE2)

My game freezes for few seconds every time a skill demonstration video starts either on character creation screen or on the gem cutting menu. i have reinstalled the game and tried many game settings.

if i keep one skill video open using ALT the game stops freezing when i hover over another skill.
my pc specs:
i9-14900k 64GB ram
RTX 4080 super
M.2 SSD

I also have this issue. I have an i9-14900kf and a 4080 super. game runs fine but when i hover over the skill preview videos the game freezes for a sec and stutters, almost like it is having issues loading the video or something. Never found a fix

I still have this issue, i have tried changing renderer and different display settings but nothing fixed it.

so this issue is related to using Airpods pro. when i have them disconnected, my game doesn't freeze on start of the video. Game however still freezes after clicking out to a different skill. just give me an option to disable these videos.
