No feedback from support for 4 months

So I've had a ticket open with support since December 2024, the last correspondance with support was on January 2025.

Is it quite a common practice that you get radio silence from support for 3-4 months?

As I was in a POE content creators channel and discord, and someone had stolen like 250 divine from there guild stash. They sent a message to support on 10/03/2025, and got a reply six hours later.

I'm honestly perplexed and don't understand how stolen in-game currency takes precedent over someones ticket that has been open for four months.

I'm genuinely intrested in other user experience with GGG support. Is it always like this? Will someone actually get back to me? Does it really take this amount of time to resolve a matter?

This section of the forum is currently crawling with complaints about response times, with people often citing delays of multiple months for a single email. While such wait times are objectively inexcusable, to some extent such forum sections will always be somewhat biased; nobody would post to comment on having gotten a quick response from the support team.

There’s a couple of pertinent threads in General Discussion you may be interested in;

i have had a ticket open 4 months, last reply form GGG was november 29th of last year, i have quit the game over this and will not play until its resolved, iF I even ever play again. ITS ABSOLUTELY UNNACCEPTABLE.

I reported my issue on Nov 23rd. They were replying in the beginning, but later went dead silent for like 2 months. I contacted them again on Jan 30rd, but they didn't even bother to reply and once again on Mar 13th.

A nice lady, Jenn, told me they're super busy and I should wait... as if waiting 4 months wasn't long enough, lol.

Yeah it's an absolute disgrace.

They seem to be busy deleting user posts over escalating with obvious GGG management, support and process problems that are evident since at least 120+ days. But generally around 5-10+ years.

You are not alone in this CR disaster.

If that's any sort of consolidation.

I sometimes feel like it's a bot or could be a standard reply.
