A screenshot could help a lot.
Which MTX are you looking at? How many points are showing in the top-left corner of the website? If you log in and try to purchase MTX in-game, do you have the same problem there? Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
