Delete my old poe account

I have old poe account: Nikneimy#1360, which connected to my current steam account, where poe2 key was activated, so i can't even start the poe2, because i have launcer version of account in poe1, i wrote to support for account transfer request about 3 weeks ago, and asking if this possible. i got no answer, so i wrote again and again about deleting my old poe account. I'm so worrying about situation, because league gonna start soon, but i can't launch poe2. pls help!
