Не могу зайти в игру ни одним персонажем!

Здравствуйте! у меня возникла проблема, не могу зайти в игру. максимум только до окна выбора персонажа. Пытаюсь зайти любым персонажем и не заходит! пишет что не удаётся подключится к области и так на всех персонажах. помоги. буду весьма благодарен.

Не помогло, щас попробую клиент снести полностью и переустановить

даже переустановка не помогла проблема не ушла!
