Claimed Drop on Twitch, came back later and it said no longer available and unclaimed.

Hello, I watched the Official stream for PoE2's Dawn of the Hunt update and after watched Darthmicrotransation's stream which both had drops enabled, I hit the 100% mark and claimed the Drop. However when I came back to my computer a few hours later the Twitch page showed that my Drop was unclaimed and stuck at 96% despite me watching easily over 2 hours of the combined two streams. I've never seen this happen before and I'm not seeing it in my Twitch Rewards under my account like I see for the other rewards I've claimed. I'm really not sure what happened here is there anything that can be done? Appreciate your time, thank you.
