Can not receive unlocking email

My Gmail mailbox was locked a few days ago. During this period, the email you sent to unlock Poe2 may have been bounced with the message "Mailbox Unavailable".
Now my mailbox has been restored to normal, and I can communicate with the customer support, but I just can't receive your unlock email. (Support asked me to check the spam folder and asked for my ID, but never responded to me after that in days.) Same problem unresolved on my second account since July 2024.
This is a very common issue with email accounts that were left dormant for too long. It is caused by email providers recycling email accounts. A restored email account is deliberately blocked from ever receiving any kind of system messages ever again. The goal is to prevent impersonation. Bad actors will use recycled email accounts to hijack connected services via automated password resets. GGG would likely have to ask for a government issue ID for verification.
