Unable to play the game (4 months)

I've been trying to get my account unblocked for 4 months! I emailed to
support@grindinggear.com but they ask me the 4 digit discriminator number, which I obviously cannot check, because I cannot login.

These 4 digits are obviously don't make any sense to average human being, so I don't understand, how support expect us to remember it and always bear it in mind.

Several days ago I gave up to get my account back and sent the other email where I ask to unlink it from Steam, so I would be able to link a new one and play via GFN.
I provided account name, several character names and even receipt of my transaction, related to supporter pack purchase.
But the only response I get is:
"Can you please confirm for us your Path of Exile account name (including
the 4-digit discriminator) and the names of a few of your characters?"

GGG, could you please clarify, what should I do in this kind of situation?

I also not the only one who has this issue. I've found a number of similar posts and not a single one has a resolution.

Maybe you should consider reviewing your attitude to players who been playing and supporting your game?

The problem is not that you are not getting back. I get a reply once in a MONTH.

But I don't get the clear instructions about what should I do. I am not able to check discriminator number, but support keeps asking me about it.

I feel like I have a conversation with a bot. My problem is not moving to a resolution at all. I'm just getting exactly the same responses again and again
