IP banned for no reason

Hi today while logging in, the game says "Your IP has been banned. Please contact support if you think this is a mistake". I don't know for what reason it got banned, but I have not done anything unethical that is against the rules.

Please look into this and respond asap

So, GGG tend not to ban IP addresses because you are allowed to use a VPN and that would bypass any IP ban, the only times that they have is when they do a whole area and that is only because there are a large volume of RMT/Bot accounts in that area and they don't do it often.

Not saying you have been involved in those activities, just that you are more likely collateral damage in an action that probably covered a city.
