NO ACCESS TO MY LAUNCH CLIENT ACCOUNT PLISSSS!!!

Dear all, I'm having a problem accessing my Path of Exile 1 and 2 account. Previously, I had access through the launch client (LOGIN / PASSWORD).
When I accessed STEAM, I saw that there was an EMAIL that was not mine. Attached is the photo of the email that is registered on the site.
Previously, access would be through this email, LOGIN = [Removed by Support], but now I can't change it because I found a different email.
I would like to know if there would be any feedback regarding this problem. I can only access through STEAM. Currently, I'm playing normally through STEAM, but I wanted to access through the game client. Thank you in advance and I'm waiting.

At the time of this request, several emails were even sent to Path of Exile support, and I didn't get any response.

well I sent several emails informing about my problem logging into the client launch, without success in solving my problem, I am playing through STEAM, which is not possible because the game is crashing a lot, my FPS drops a lot, I wanted you to solve it so I can access it through the CLIENT LAUNCH.
