Unable to Change Email Linked to My Account (Old @ovi.com Email)

Hello,

I have an issue regarding the email associated with my Path of Exile account. My current account email is from an old email service (@ovi.com) that no longer exists. To change my email, I'm required to log into this obsolete email, which isn't possible.

Previously, I've been logging into Path of Exile via Steam, but now I've purchased Path of Exile 2 on Xbox and would like to link my existing account to my new Xbox account. Unfortunately, the linking process asks for access to my old, inaccessible email.

Could someone from support help me update my email address on my account to resolve this issue?

You're in for a long wait... I've been waiting since January 19th for support to change my email address

Yup. GGG management is the very cause for this sort of wait. Some are waiting for 4-5+ months. But they've been doubling down on convoluted workarounds for 5+ years without any sort of responsibility or improvement.

Someone needs to contact NZ and EU regulators. This is way below any sort of basic requirements in many aspects.
