[PS5] Multiplayer Instance Bug

I am not quite sure when this had begun happening, but about 10-20% of the time I invite someone to my hideout or party lately, they cannot join my instance. This usually happens after trade pings where we are both in the same league, and neither of us are party bugged (i.e. cannot whisper/invite).

Many players seem to be able to join my party (not always but 90% of the time), but cannot join my instance whether it be my hideout, kingsmarch, menagerie... etc. Occasionally they will enter a different instance of my hideout upon accepting a hideout invitation or warping to me - those can be resolved by me warping to them afterward. With specific players, we cannot meet even after both closing and reopening the game.

It makes trading a lot more cumbersome and sometimes just a big waste of time with no solution. Is anyone else noticing this? Can this be investigated at some point? Thanks
