GGG have the worst customer support in the industry

I bought a support pack on release and got access to the game, but none of the goodies such as the coins that were supposed to came with the package.
I emailed their team about the issue with a bunch of infos about my accounts.

The first answer came after 2 months. They ask me the Steam transaction ID, I reply with the info.
2 months after, they send me another email asking me my Steam 64ID. I give them the info. Still waiting to this day for my issue to get fixed.

1: Why didn't they ask for all the infos they needed within the first exchange makes no sense.
2: How does it take 2 months to answer an email from a customer ? I was a bit understanding at the release, but we are in April now and the delays are still just as bad.

I just can't believe how slow and bad this support is. For that reason I won't buy anything from this company ever again, if you have 1 issue with your purchase you are cooked. Any GGG fanboy gaslighting players into thinking that this is ok practice is delusional.

To be fair, I don’t think there actually are people defending the current delays.

As mentioned in our Customer Support Update, we are currently working through a large number of support requests, but please rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How is even posible for people to wait for response from you guys for months? Is this some kind of joke?
They are here to happily take your money and give you nothing in return. Pathetic company. Zero customer service.
To be "fair".

This month- and actually: Year-long and known "situation" is literally illegal and far from complying with any sort security and privacy requirements. Let alone any sort of professionalism.

If management is doubling down and having professional "issues". Can you lads at least escalate with your legal department?

They'll help to hopefully tell you in how many ways your data-breaches and archaic "processes" are serious, legal and professional issues.

lol another bogus auto response, i think the hit to GGGs reputation will never be fixed, there is absolutely no excuse for tickets to get to 4-5 months unresolved, and if that's how bad your customer service has become people need to stop spending money and time with ggg and its games, these auto responses that are in every single thread like this are not helping and it makes it look worse optically.
Just for context, I contacted support in december 2024 to change my registered email.
Tldr, I can’t merge my psn with pc because I lost my old email.
I’m still waiting for them to reply and it has been nearly 4 months.
Played this game since literal beta. (POE1)
New season dropping in days and still can’t play with my psn friends on my OG account.
contacted them Dec 7th, since my EA coins did get transfered to the wrong subaccount.

It's been close to 4 months by now without haven gotten help.

I feel scammed at this point.
