Lost hundreds of dollars

I play exclusively on PS5. I bought a couple starter packs for several hundred dollars. Using the console to browse mtx is challenging and I found it easier to use my PC to look through purchases. I am logged into my account and I can see my points, so I buy some stuff. NO WARNING MESSAGES OR HELPFUL POPUPS TO WARN PS5 USERS.Imstead, GGG takes my money, happily. When I try to access it, I'm presented with the reality that I cannot use anything acquired in this fashion and GGG is far to happy to just keep my money and respond with "sucks to be you" customer support.

WHY WOULD YOU NOT PROTECT YOUR PLAYSTATION CUSTOMERS?

THIS MAKES YOU WORSE THEN SONY

Hey there, I'm sorry to hear that!

Unfortunately, we cannot deal with account related issues over the forums. Could you please email us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this matter further?

Please include your Path of Exile account name (including 4 digit discriminator) and the names of a few of your characters.
I did that already. You (GGG) told me there was nothing you would do because I did not make the purchase through PSN, which we all know is a lie. You could easily enable the mtx that I bought but instead you just happily keep my money without any compensation to me. You literally stole my money.
Additional,I did not make this post under the false assumption that GGG would do the honorable thing and give me what I paid for. No, that would be stupid of me. Instead, I made this post to advise my fellow PSN users of this modern means of legal theft by company masking themselves as legitimate. I fully plan to process a charge back with my credit card. You will not steal my money.
Spent 1400 hours played and spent hundreds to support your efforts and this is how I'm treated. This is how you handle paying customers...

Fucking pathetic
GGG is awful. I really wanted to enjoy and support this game, but that's before I knew how criminal they are. Modern day thieves...

They said no - but in response to what question?

I would be shocked if you had contacted them, explained you had wanted to buy the supporter pack on PlayStation, and asked that they refund your purchase so you can buy it again but this time through Sony. You’re being very vague about what they said no to…
"VPs are not required to change their posting style. They are still welcome to express their opinions and take part in any discussions they wish. Their only responsibility is to continue doing what they have always done - posting in a friendly and constructive manner."

There we go another shining knight defending catastrophic support and business practices.

What do you mean by vague?

The fact that people are waiting for 4+ months on even the simplest support requests without any sort of resolution? Some customers even years?

[citation needed]

Forum posts of mine over the last week have included statements such as;
  • "To be fair, I don’t think there actually are people defending the current delays."
  • "Nothing excuses their current delays"
  • "This section of the forum is currently crawling with complaints about response times, with people often citing delays of multiple months for a single email."
  • "That sucks and you shouldn't have to put up with it."
  • "Their backlog is indefensible"

I'm all for people having a difference of opinion, but if you believe I am "defending catastrophic support and business practices" then you're just objectively wrong and it doesn't seem like there's any worthwhile discussion to be had with you.

While we're discussing my activity on the forum, if you're curious why my signature is mockingly quoting one of their sticky threads, it's because they made me a Valued Poster for being active in the support sections of the forum, and kicked me out of the program for complaining about how their support team is managed. Read the post you responded to again for the first time.
