Character model on inventory and cosmetics screens won't load on the Dreadnought Hideout

When opening PoE2 on PC and PS5 and connecting to a character, after entering the Dreadnought hideout, the model and the scenario wont load when you open the inventory or cosmetics screen. There will only be a blue screen where the 3d art should be. The UI loads fine, I can do everything I would need here, but the model wont appear, which is bothersome specially when choosing cosmetics. After entering a map, the screen works fine and the model and scenario loads back in. Returning to the Dreadnought Hideout makes the problem come back. Other hideouts seen to work fine, I suspect thats because they are linked to the acts

" Sony does not allow any MTX that was not purchased directly through them, whereas Steam/Xbox/PCstandalone allow all cosmetics/MTX to be cross-platform (except if purchased through Sony). It is really unfortunate that Sony did not want to sign the same agreement as all the other platforms..... I completely agree with you on that, but it does not correlate with my problem. I have the dreadnought hideout on both pc and ps5, the main problem is that on both platforms, when I am using the inventory (on the ps5 case) and the cosmetic screen (on both cases), the character model and background do not load, they stay as a blue screen, while the ui works fine. So yeah, again, agree with your take, but just making it clear on the thread that my issue is not with the ownership of cosmetics on each platform
