My account was hacked. I'm applying for unblocking.

Hello, my other account for POE2 was hacked at the end of last year. I sent an email to the customer service, but they directly blocked my account. Later, I changed the password and email security. I asked the customer service to unblock my account, but it's been several months and they still haven't unblocked it. Is there any way to help me unblock it? I'm sure my account is safe now. I have spent nearly 1000 dollars on this account and don't want to create a new one.[Removed by Support]

I contacted them back on Feb 6th. I received a reply yesterday and then received responses within an hour of my reply. I think since 0.2.0 is releasing soon, GGG is all hands on deck responding to support requests.

I just know that when GGG did the account merge/denominator implementation in preparation for PoE2's EA launch, they didn't expect it to be so popular and then on top of the hacking incident, it was a perfect storm.

Hopefully you won't have to wait too much longer to get your account back.
