Account linking

Hi, I purchased the support package that gives you early access (300 coins). However, I bought it directly from your website (GGG). Since I have no experience with POE 1, I didn't know how account integration works. For me, it would be like in many games, linking everything into one thing. Furthermore, in the first few weeks of the game (POE 2), there was no option to change the linked accounts, so all my progress and the second purchase were on my Steam account. I would like to transfer the remaining coins to the account I play on. I have complained several times and have given them my details, but I have not had any results.
