Support pack upgrade error

So for about 4 days now ive been trying to upgrade my account to the Wraeclast supporter pack and ive gotten this error every time: Oh no, it looks like there was a temporary error. No funds were debited from your account. Please try again. Ive put in a ticket and have been waiting for a reply just hoping i could get some help with this as i did want to get the Tshirt, Sweatshirt, and art book.
