4 months waiting for customer service.
pretty wild i cant get a resulution for an issue ive been trying to solve since beginning of december.
ive had 2 responses saying it would be no problem to solve then no subsequent response when they would actually have to solve the issue. pretty pathetic customer service. Last bumped on Apr 1, 2025, 2:11:50 AM

i can appreciate there is a delay and have empathy for the clear uptick in workload for GGG, but what isnt acceptable to me is initiating the 1st step in a resolution(twice) then not following through. the customer service team has clearly seen the issue and reached out saying it was "no problem" only to be completely ignored on the follow up steps.
so ye, my issue would be that as a customer, its hard to feel valued when i cant get any sort of resolution even when you have stated that you can help. why reply to the ticket if you arent going to follow through? just doesnt make much sense to me. Yeaah, same boat. Empathetic but pushing 5 months now is pretty wild. The initial response was fairly quick, but asked for information already provided in the email, immediately follow up, then not a word for 4 months.
Even an automated response of “We’ll resolve this, but due to heavy influx expect an estimated delay of __” would be nice. Or clarification of how prioritization of support issues is handled.. just any update at all would be nice outside of the January apology. I have no idea if my request just went into the void or if it actually will be gotten to. Even a “we’ve retracted our offer for a one time MTX transfer between accounts” would be preferred over zero follow up. Trying to play this game without all my stash tabs is not ideal 😅 Still love GGG, but woof.. hope they can figure CS out. Be nice to have a ticket # at least. |

i mean you would think they would open tickets in some sort of organized order then not move on to new tickets until the open ones were resolved. but i guess they arent doing that. seems like they literally opened every single ticket and just played ennie meenie miney moe on which ones to respond to for each step of the process.

Same here.
Bought 2 quad tab stashes in same purchase using pre-order coins, i ever only received 1 stash tab. Contacted customer service immediately, months ago, got 1 response, provided the information asked for, and have never heard back. And, i am stil missing the quad tab i purchased. This is getting to be absolutely ridiculous. It's not harder than hiring more customer service reps.. And of course i won't spend another dime until this is resolved. |

Speak with your wallets and time, Don't play the game and certainly don't spend any money, I've had a ticket going for 4 months as well, its absolutely unacceptable for this type of customer service. Its very clear that GGG lied when they said they were gonna support both games, They clearly CANNOT do so, 3.26 will have teken 11 months to come out, that's not forgivable and we only have a voice with money to these people.
