2024 Core Supporter Pack upgrade

Hi there, I enrolled in a payment plan for the Core 2024 supporter pack in November of last year. Unfortunately, the email chain where I setup and confirmed the plan has not had any response from GGG support in over 4 months now, and it has been over a month since I completed the payment plan. Could I get confirmation that I will be receiving the pack contents (including physical goods)? Thank you for your time

Thanks for the response @Vash_GGG. Could you confirm that there won't be any issues with physical rewards? It has been quite some time and my concern is if the physical contents from last year will no longer be available somehow
I received a reply today for my payment plan towards Sandwraith Assassin. They will automatically opt you out, but once you get your pack and extra points, follow up with another e-mail asking to opt back in for the physical goods and they will deduct those points.

Support followed up just an hour after I responded today. They do have physical goods available still, don't worry.
