3 months after quitting i return focusing on off meta builds,

this should be secondary char, if you do choose to make it your first character play the cultist as normal class melee or range. once you have all jewels slots ready to go and some spirit gear you can hard swap to the minion build.

+33 to spirit
"^^^ 3rd ventor gambit with 25% added bonus ^^^
+20% to all Elemental Resistances
"^^^ 3rd ventor gambit ^^^

use blood priest & Bloodrite Priest spectres going to be op as fk

weap gear is optional to your play style,staff, dual wield, shield all up to you

spirit cost for minions does not show here, i guess the blood priest summons will be 70 spirit total. for me im taking support gem that makes you're big boi spectres bigger which will add extra 10 cost, so the gem will cost 80 total, im taking matsya staff for my personal choice for this build
because it will reduce my spectres to be 40 spirit total and than other 12% off reduction from the skill tree making it a total of 35 per minion in super end game being super rich on fat divine and mirrior stacks should get 450 to 500 spirit total with matsya staff, giving me around 13 to 15 max spectres which is alot and maybe some room for clerics summons maybe.

Quest Passives
Venom Quest: Normal: 25% increased Mana Regeneration Rate.
Cruel: +10% to Chaos Resistance

Valley of the Titans: Normal & Cruel: 30% increased Charm Charges gained.

Gear
Mandatory: All gear must be Armor/Energy Shield bases to synergize with key passives and survivability.

Helmet: +2 to all Minion skill gems (core piece).
Chest Piece: Prioritize one with Spirit.
Amulet: +3 to all Minion skill gems (core piece) Must have Spirit.
Specter Weapon: +5 to all Minion skill gems (core piece), Attributes Str, Int Focus on Spirit % rate and Skele Warrior mods if you can.
Jewel: Increased Maximum Energy Shield & Minion Damage, minion attack speed, minion crit
Other gear priorities:

Life
Mana
Resistances (capped)
Armor
Energy Shield
Mana regeneration
jewels, jewels and more jewels

Skill Gems
Minions:

raise spectres
Gems: coming soon


Passive Tree



Ascendancy Order
1st: Unfurled Finger (Normal Lab)
2nd: Mystic Attunement (Cruel Lab)
3rd: as the whispers ask (Merciless Lab)
4th: As The Whispers Demand (Uber Lab)

Please know everything is already added to the main post & updated without saying it on the main post why this section is important to post here the minor stuff

I saw in a recent interview that they hinted that "Ingenuity" will be (heavily ?) nerfed. It does make sense as this belt is already very strong and with the OBVIOUS synergy with the Cultist acsendancy, it cannot stay the way it is now.

yeah, they might take a heavy jab to it & nerf it to the ground, but even if they nerf it by half down to 40%, the ascendancy will still help carry it after the nerf hopefully lollllllll... this game drives me crazy

i was having trouble with that within pob it would only generate that long code so what i did is made a maxroll page and on that maxroll page has the pob link within.
