Still have not gotten my EA coins that have been transfered to the wrong subaccount.

It's been close to 4 months since I've contacted support.....and support is mostly ignoring me, for something they state on their website, that it should be an easy to solve problem.

I contacted them December 7th, Dec 29th they did get back to me, assuring me they can help me, ask for some account details for me to prover ownership.

Ever since: nothing.

No coins, no feedback. Nothing.

I did write another email 2 weeks ago, no feedback.


I gets support was busy around release, but it's been close to 4 months by now.


Something is not right.
