Cant receive the unlock email help me please

Good evening.
Today after work I decided to enter the game, as usual,
when I asked for the unlock code it was not sent,
I noticed that several people are having the same problem and asked for help
I have already sent an email support@grindinggear.com I asked for help but no one answered
Is there a way to remove this code?
I use a notebook, and every day I play at work and at home, so I have to enter the code twice every day.
